摘要: Behavior of adsorption, desorption and oxidation of Cr(III) on birnessite was studied in this paper. The results showed that the total adsorption amount of Cr(III) increased with increasing the amount of Cr(III) added, and the adsorption process could be well described by Langmuir equation. The concentration of Cr(VI) which was produced owing to the oxidation of Cr(III) increased with increasing the initial concentration of Cr(III) added, while the oxidation rate decreased.
